This recipe is SOOOO GOOD! I've made it a few times now & I LOVE it! I can't stop eating it! You can substitute any kind of ground meat in, i've used chicken, turkey, beef. A couple times I've used taco/fajita seasoning instead of chili powder & cumin. I use salsa instead of taco sauce and kidney beans instead of black. This recipe is QUICK & EASY....

This recipe is delicious!!! i've made it twice - with chicken wings and chicken thighs. It's good on any kind of chicken! I can't tolerate spicy so I usually leave out the habanero and just put tabasco instead. I double the marinate like others suggest and there is enough. This chicken is amazingly good!!

Yummy ribs! 4.5 stars! It was my first time to cook ribs and they turned out really good! like another reviewer, i cooked the ribs right in the water/soy sauce mixture. I had the temp @ 500 for about 30 mins but my oven was smoking so I turned it down to 400 and cooked a little bit longer. Delicious, but next time would probably use less soy sauce...
