"These were amazing!! I was so grateful to find a simple recipe that tastes so much better than the local restaurants'. They are fluffy, flavorful and quick. "AMAZING! The key is slow. As recommended, I let the stand-mixer cream the butter for at least 6 or 7 minutes while I puttered and mixed other things. I do agree the teaspoon of salt may be a bit too much for the topping - IF you are using salted butter. I think its the best coffee cake that has ever come out of my kitchen. Wonderful for a lazy""
