"This is one of my favorite recipes ever and I would eat it 24-7 if it wasn't so fattening. I think the people who said it didn't have "zip" probably didn't add enough salt and pepper because it is very flavorful. You can use regular swiss since gruyere is pretty expensive. "This recipe is great but you have to add garlic to it. At least 1 grated clove. Otherwise it is bland. Also, instead of the pepperjack, I add regular jack and some hot sauce. "
