"I made a full pound of pasta with the sauce measured in this recipe, and it turned out to be more of a casserole than saucey mac n cheese. Next time, I would make more sauce and add far more cheddar because it was a little bland in terms of cheese flavor. This would help hide the califlower flavor more in case anyone notices it. With a good immersion blender, there was not one hint of califlower texture at all.
