Reviewed Adobo Seasoned Chicken and Rice

I have made this dish twice and it has come out great both times. I only make half the recipe since it would be too much for just my husband and I. So for half the Adobo mixture I only use 1/2 Tbsp salt because it is too much salt for my taste and dried oregano instead of fresh. 1 Tbsp fresh herb = 1 tsp dried so I use 1/2 tsp oregano in the mixture....

Reviewed Pumpkin Pecan Muffins

These pumpkin muffins were delicious and moist. I followed the recipe with the exception of using canola oil and added a 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract. I also used ground up walnuts in some of the batter and semisweet chocolate chips in the rest. Both versions came out delicious.
