Reviewed Blackened Tilapia Sandwich with Cilantro Lime Mayonnaise

I make this often - can't get enough of it. Even buy paprika at Sam's so I will always have it on hand. Even friends who don't care for fish or mayonnaise love this one. It's the mayo that makes it special. I use bolillo rolls, split them slightly, pull out some of the excess bread (so I can get more mayo into them) and lightly butter and toast "
