About Me
I work part time at a family business and am full time mommy to my 3 kids. I've found the world pickyest man but am converting him as the years go by. I always put what I make on the kids plates for them to try even if it's next to some MAc and Cheese or a hot dog. I'm always on the go but value a sit down dinner almost every night. It's a time to reconnect after a busy day. I HATE baking, but love cooking. I have really no desire to bake except chocolate chip cookies and some occasional boxes cupcakes. LOL
