Definitely a keeper. Used chunky marinara sauce instead of tomatoes. Soaked the pasta in warm water so there was no issue with burning the noodles. both were recommended in other reviews Was a little soupy but cooked a little longer. Great flavor and looking forward to leftovers for lunch. This one is going in my recipe box!

Reviewed Chicken-Corn Chili

I made this for dinner this evening. It was absolutely delicious, one of the best chili recipes I've ever made. The combo of sweet corn, cilantro and jalapeno make it work. I used can of cannellini beans and 1 can of pinto. Diced jalapenos made it easy. Definitely a keeper! This will be a great fall/winter dinner. ""

Reviewed Orzo with Roasted Vegetables

I have now made this recipe more times than I can count. It is an impressive dish. It is wonderful served with chicken. I recently tried it with 1/4 cup lemon juice instead of 1/3 and preferred less lemon taste.
