Reviewed Skillet Lasagna
"Definitely a keeper. Used chunky marinara sauce instead of tomatoes. Soaked the pasta in warm water so there was no issue with burning the noodles. both were recommended in other reviews Was a little soupy but cooked a little longer. Great flavor and looking forward to leftovers for lunch. This one is going in my recipe box!
Reviewed Chicken-Corn Chili
"I made this for dinner this evening. It was absolutely delicious, one of the best chili recipes I've ever made. The combo of sweet corn, cilantro and jalapeno make it work. I used can of cannellini beans and 1 can of pinto. Diced jalapenos made it easy. Definitely a keeper! This will be a great fall/winter dinner. ""
Reviewed Orzo with Roasted Vegetables
"I have now made this recipe more times than I can count. It is an impressive dish. It is wonderful served with chicken. I recently tried it with 1/4 cup lemon juice instead of 1/3 and preferred less lemon taste.
