unfortunately, i never got the emulsion going because I think my whisk was too big BUT I didn't throw it away. The trick is to add a teaspoon or so of water and it will completely bind the emulsion together. from there I slowly drizzled oil but broke the emulsion by accidentally adding too much oil at 1 time.
