About Me
Born in New York City NY. Moved to New Jersey 38 years ago. I've been married 44 years, have two children and 5 grandchildren. I love to listen to Doo-wop while I work around the house and especially while I am cooking in the kitchen. I love to experiment with and prepare soups, salads and casseroles. My husband is Italian and I love cooking Italian.
I have attended the Santa Fe School of cooking and have learned to prepare some authentic and delicous Southwestern dishes.
