Reviewed Gnocchi with Prosciutto, Spring Peas, and Chanterelles

I have to eat gluten free, and gnocchi has been an easy recipe to convert. We've tried a few different varieties (including ones that were specifically GF), but Anne's Light As a Cloud Gnocchi is by far the best we've made.
