Reviewed Turkey and Quinoa Stuffed Peppers
"Dried out and awful. Best thing was the sauce! The peppers were too crunchy and stuffing was dry and tasteless. Use the recipe for stuffed peppers on the Ancient Harvest quinoa (regular) box. Comes out great...you can add meat if you want. And why does red quinoa cost about $7.50 as compared with the white at $3.49?"
