Reviewed Rosemary Chocolate Chip Shortbread
"I made this recipe (w/o a mixer) I creamed the butter by hand (good workout!) and it still came out delicious. Took them to a cookie exchange and some to an office meeting and everybody loved them. My platter was cleaned out first! This was the first time I ever made cookie from scratch and it has me motivated!
