About Me
I'm a frustated Chef... I end up studying Chemical Engineering. I own a nice place in Merida where we serve healthy food... we also deliver. I think we have a very good reputation between my customers when it comes to flavor and style. I qualify my self as a "fusion guy" , I take the common receipe put a little of me and I become with a different, tasty and healthy new receipe.
