When I used baked ham, this works well. If you try to use ham from the deli, I think that a lot of water has been added to it, and therefore the results are watery and bland. I am working with this tonight, to see if microwaving the ham first, draining the resulting liquid, and then making the sauce with the smokey-flavored...
