It definitely needs the sour cream topping. I also lightly drizzled with some lime olive oil which really made it...otherwise it was a tad 'flat'. Will make again...maybe with some taco meat on the crust before the veggies.

This was a GREAT recipe, but SUPER labor intensive (hence 4 stars in lieu of 5). I couldn't find achiote paste, but found some achiote powder and added vinegar, garlic, and salt. If I make it again, I will make a quadruple batch to make up for the time it took. The pickled onions are a great addition!

When I watched the show, I didn't believe that plain chicken broth would thicken up like she said it would (due to all of the dough in there). AND, it didn't.
