"I watched the video and could not wait to make it.I Made a trip to the store for puff pastry. What a let down!! Puff pastry does not make good sandwitch bread. The sandwitch was bland...bland...I ended up eataing the chicken and and avocado with a fork. Put the puff pastry flakes down the disposal (what did not fall on the floor) What a waste of time and money. I think it could be better on country white bread and some added flavor. Perhaps marinating the chicken in garlic, lemon juice and oil.
