This was delicious! I followed the recipe exactly except for: Used regular hamburger buns, I didn't use cheese or red onions, and rather than topping the sandwich with mayo and cabbage I made "cole slaw". I bought cole slaw mix (the shredded veggies and mixed in mayo and lemon juice, salt and pepper, and put that on top of the sandwich. Very moist"

It was delicious! Only used one eggplant, peeled it halfway and sliced it lengthwise, which was perfect for a 9x13 pan (feeds 6!). I used ready made italian bread crumbs and I used an italian blend of cheese, along with fontina, parmesan, and mozzarella. Put a few basil leaves on top for color. It was so tasty! Better than lasagna! "

I LOVE this rice! It's sweet and creamy... but not too much so, you can still pair it with savory foods. I like to serve it with thai peanut chicken. :)"

So good! I'm personally not a fan of cream cheese (it's very potent!) but this was yummy! I did 6 oz of cream cheese instead of 4, just to give it a slightly stronger flavor... Not too strong, not too weak. Just adjust it to your taste. :)""

This recipe sounded really good... However, it seemed like a lot of cumin, so I cut the amount in half and it was still overwhelming. I tried this recipe twice! Yet no one was very fond of it, all we could taste was the cumin. Still on the lookout for the "perfect" turkey burger. :(""

Made these for St. Patty's Day. Followed the recipe exactly, just used a different cream cheese frosting recipe. The cupcake wasn't bad, but it wasn't great either. The beer taste wasn't over or under whelming, which is good. However, it just "didn't rock my boat." Definitely smells like beer when you're about to take a bite. My bf thought they w...

Reviewed Banana Bread With Chocolate Chips and Chocolate Glaze

Apr 12, 2012 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

Love this! Very easy to make! Made a few changes: instead of 1 C of chocolate chips AND the chocolate glaze, I did 1/2 C of chocolate chips, 1/2 C of oats, and sprinkled some brown sugar on top, which gave it a sweet, crispy coat on top! SO GOOD! Gave it 4 stars cause trust me, you're gonna have a chocolate overload if you keep all that chocolate...
