this was delicious!!! just made it for dinner and added grilled chicken to it - soooo good! I wish I would have read the comment about adding a little red pepper flake to it, as it does need just a little kick - but def going to keep this one on hand.

these potatoes are AMAZING!!! I didn't have agave so used honey, I also added a handful of freshly cooked/sauteed green beans; served it alongside Rachel Ray's pinwheel steaks - match made in heaven!

This rice was amazing!!! I did substitute about half of a chipotle pepper in adobo sauce for the serrano chile (and about 1/2 tsp. of adobo sauce. I think any more than that, and it might be too spicy for my family. Not sure why some people have a problem with it coming out mushy.
