Reviewed Beer Battered Asparagus with a Lemon Herbed Dipping Service
"This recipe is SO tasty! I wouldn't change a thing -- the batter is fabulous, and the dipping sauce is perfect. The only thing I find tough is getting the batter to stay on the asparagus -- I find that it slides off the top while sauteeing. No big deal -- it's crispy and delicious!
