Reviewed Fish Tacos

This is a great recipe. The only changes I made were: 1) I cut up the raw fish into cubes, tossed it in the spices, and cooked it in the oven on 325 until done (I have a tendency to overcook fish on a flame) - it came out very juicy and moist. I also omitted the mint. Just not a fan. All of the other flavors were great, and my husband, not a fish...
