I've made this recipe so many times, it's a regular menu item in our house. EVERY time I make it my husband raves about how good it is. I stick pretty much to the original recipe, except that during the last step of the meat mixture, I put the lid on and let it simmer until I'm done with the tortilla shells. I really think it keeps the meat moist "
