"Great and cheaper way to make Greek yogurt! Don't waste your money on coffee filters or fancy toys to strain the yogurt, paper towels in a colander over a bowl works just fine. Like frozen yogurt? Strain for only 2 hours. Add some sugar (or splenda), corn syrup (or not), and pureed fruit of your choice. I use an electric ice cream maker. Yum!""
