I loved this recipe. I did not have any orange juice so I left it out and doubled the chicken stock. I also did not have mascarpone cheese but used cream cheese. This sauce was DELICIOUS! I love figs so this is a wonderful recipe for them. I even made my own pasta but had to roll it out the old fashioned way because I do not have a pasta att"

This is a wonderful meal. I would recommend getting everything prepped before beginning because if you use an iron skillet everything cooks very fast. I would like the sauce a little thicker so may make some changes next time I make this. My family complained of not being able to keep the fettuccine on their forks. I think I will use penne nex"

This is going to be one of my new go-to meals. It was very simple to make and the flavors are outstanding! I halved the recipe and it fed four! I butterflied my chicken breast (only needed one) which made for much faster cooking! My husband absolutely loved this! Thanks again Ree for another wonderful dish. "

I am not a huge fan of traditional hummus, but this was delicious! It was very easy to make and easy clean up! I did go a little over board with the lemon, next time I will use the juice of 1/2 lemon, so I added a tbsp of honey to offset the acid. This worked perfectly. I will definitely make this for our next family get together! Thanks Giad"
