"I made this dish and although it was really good I thought it was missing something. I looked in the pantry and found smoked peppers and sun dried tomatoes. I added them with the rest of the ingredients and it was a real hit with my family. Even though some recipes are really simple you can always add your own personal touch to them to make them even better.

"I really like this recipe. I am awful at making fudge. It either turns out runny or they end up hard. I figured I would give it another go. It turned out great. I was amazed. I made it a few times before I omitted the cinnamon and added chooped mint. It turned out really well.

There is not alot to say except that I love to cook. Not only for me but for others as well. I always host Holidays, Birthdays and parties. I have a Native American background with a flare for Italian Food. I don't mind trying new foods and I love Wine tasting and making my own mix on cocktails and drinks. I hope one day I will either own my own resturaunt or have my own show...? Maybe.
I love all food. I am open to try anything that does not walk off of my plate. HA HA. I also love lemons and oranges.
