Reviewed chewy ginger cookies

2 days ago on FoodNetwork.com

Nice chewy ginger cookie. Reminded me of the molasses cookies my husband's grandmother used to make which I could never duplicate. These might be better! I used sugar-in-the-raw to roll it in. For the cook asking about freezing, I just put a bunch in the freezer I'll let you know how they turn out. I anticipate fine.

Reviewed the 12th element

Basically a cinnamon flavored whiskey sour. We enjoyed it. I added a splash of OJ for color / flavor. Not sure why it's called the 12th element, which is Mg. I guess the 79th element just doesn't have the same ring? I saw this particular episode too and I don't remember.

I love this sauce. Originally made it for the pork recipe, then saved the leftover sauce and put it on salmon the next day, which was even better. It's pretty good on anything on the grill. "

Nice chocolate cupcake, I love malt so I liked that. Little dry. Frosting is fantastic, thanks to bakinginseoul's review I heated up the cream a little and beat the frosting after chilling and it was DELICIOUS. I think this is my go-to chocolate frosting. One note about the Rice Krispies - while we really liked them initially, the next day th"

Made the cupcakes and the filling, used a different frosting so I can't comment on that. Loved the cupcakes except for the annoying quantities. 5 oz of eggs? Really? (my 'translation': 2 1/3 cups of flour, 1 1/8 cups brown sugar, and 3 eggs. I used about double the amount of buttermilk. Filling is delicious. I used 1/2 tsp of vanilla, which"

Loved it. Made this last year for Christmas, making it again this year. Fun and festive without being too heavy. I mixed up the vodka and cinnamon schnappes in a batch, poured some into each glass then topped with the ginger ale.""

The burgers themselves are nothing special. We really liked the glaze. I preferred making it the day before and then using it as more of a sauce / condiment than a glaze. It was excellent on grilled salmon the next day, better than on the turkey burgers the day I made it.""

Tried this one last year - did not work out too well. The cocktail itself was just OK. Rimming the glass with crused cookie did not work out at all. I would try the cinnamon sugar instead if I were to make again. I'll bet that's what's in the picture too - the crushed cookie looked awful.
