Such a great & easy recipe!! What I changed on it: ended up being short 1 lbs of fresh tomatoes so I used a 1 lbs can of pealed whole tomatoes, added about 1/4 cup of sherry, 1/4 tsp of thyme with the chicken broth and used about 1 1/4 cups of half & half instead of cream. We have made regular crepes a lot, so we thought we'd try something different. Made this recipe as directed. A few suggestions: mix in a blender - eliminates the lumps.
