"These are the best Oatmeal cookies that I have ever had. We did not follow the recipe carefully the first batch and they came out crumbly. The problem was not using 16 ounces by weight not by measure. The next batch we did not use enough butter and they were dry. Well we follow the recipe today and they are great, great, great. It was easier to watch the video to make sure of following the recipe. Thanks Alton for the best Oatiest Cookie.
