Reviewed Garlic-Infused Oil and Dipping Sauce

I am 73. I cook because I'm very allergic to food enhancers that are added to prepared foods. I am very particular about the flavor of my finished dish. I am from a family of ten children. My Mother never measured. It was a pinch of this and a pinch of that; but boy could she make her pinches blend just right. I think I have inherited some of her gift of pinches. People compliment my cookng.
