Reviewed Stewed Chick Peas with Tomatoes and Zucchini
"Again, Chef Anne ROCKS!!! I love that this is simple, and exotic....and it's even vegetarian friendly. I have to admit that I went back for seconds. YUM!"
Reviewed Chicken Scarpiello
"We have eaten too much Chicken lately, so I made this recipe useing country style pork ribs. OMG!!! Chef Anne......pure genius. What a fabulous recipe. This is a keeper. Like many people who wrote a review, I could not find Hot cherry peppers. I added heat with a little Vietnamese hot chili garlic paste. Foodies unite!! Ask your local market for what you want. "
Reviewed Strawberry Tart
"This recipe is unlike any other Strawberry Tart. I was suprised to find that there was no sugar in the crust, and I love the addition of the almonds. The pastry cream stiffened up beautifully. I kept my strawberries whole instead of slicing them, it's a beautiful presentation and the mouth-feel of a whole berry in cream is fabulous. Chef Ann you ROCK!!"
Reviewed Pommes Chef Anne
"This is like eating the best fried potato ever! Crispy outside, creamy inside. Last night I made a Pomme Anna from the latest Cook's Illustrated just to try a different recipe. Chef Anne's version, blows them out of the water! I also tried this using a less starchy potato, and the lowly russet wins by a landslide!!"

Reviewed Lemon Cottage Cheese Pancakes
"Thanks for the breakdown holldoll; I made 8 pancakes using Holldoll's breakdown then doubling it. They were perfect!! The lemon flavor, and the texture are just fabulous. I served these with thawed berries, sweetened with a touch of maple syrup. Delish!!!!
Reviewed Pecan Squares
"Tasty, but ask yourself this: Is having hot lava at the bottom of your oven worth it? This recipe now resides in the trash. There are better pecan bar cookie recipes. Sorely disappointed.
Reviewed White Chocolate Lollipops
"My chocolate seized up in the microwave!!! White chocolate is very finicky, and I questioned this method of melting it, but other recipies that I have tried of Ina's were wonderful. Now I have $5.00 of chocolate in my trash...
