This is a good basic granola. I added vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, switched some of the honey for real maple syrup, sprinkled in some coconut and added 1/3 c. brown sugar after reading other reviews that it wasn't sweet enough. I'm surprised Ina didn't "bump up the volume" on this one, I had to do it. Way off on time and temp. Bake at 300 and watch "

WATCH OUT FOR THE LEMON!!!!!!!! The recipe called for 1 lemon juiced and zested and I put 1/2 a lemon&&. still to overpowering! You couldn't taste any of the herbs in the sauce! Other than the sauce I was pretty pleased with how it came out."

These didn't stay together when cut. I broke them apart the rest of the way and toasted it on a cookie sheet in the oven til crispy. It was very good as granola. I will just make it this way instead of bars next time.
