"These cookies were surprisingly easy to make given the finished product. I used slightly less pepperment flavoring than called for, but depends on how "minty" you like them. Also I divided the dough into 2 bowls and then added the extra ingredients (ie: chocolate etc) to the dough with the mixer rather than by hand. The dough rolled easily, next time I'll try to roll it a little tighter.
Love to cook but don't have time for lots of fuss. Favorite recipes are by Ina Garten.
