Delicious! I seasoned the pork with hot smoked paprika, garlic cloves, and smoked salt before putting the other stuff in. It actually only cooked for 4h before it was falling apart and awesome."

I added sugar to the dressing and put much more vinegar (about 2x) in it, based on previous comments. Also added green onions, red jalepeno, zucchini. Sounds kinda weird but it worked. "
