Yummy smoothie! My bananas weren't ripe at all, so I omitted them. The apple juice does a perfect job sweetening this smoothie. Great blueberry flavor. It seemed pretty runny to me, but I'd imagine if I'd had the bananas in it that would have helped. The whole family really enjoyed these.""

For myself--I thought this was absolutely delicious!!! I did use sharp cheddar and parmesan because that's what I had, but it was really yummy, and not very hard to make. Took me about an hour start to finish.

My husband liked it okay, but didn't love it. My kids (ages 1 and 2 did NOT like it. I think the tang from the Parmesan...

Sooooo yummy!!! Great combo of flavors. I actually used regular onion instead of leeks, but still was delish. I'd probably cut the salt added at the end by a bit, but other than that, just make it how it says and you won't be sorry!
