"Absolutely Awsome..... Servedit over ham with the tomato. I would not recommend serving it over bread. The panko gives it plenty crunch. Quite a few steps but so so well worth it. This dish is now a Sunday morning favorite. "

About Me

Cooking show addict...  LOL....  most receips are awesome, some are jsut "Juck!!!"  But I am willing to experiment and give my honest opinion. 99% of my friends and family members consider me to me "gourmet"material.  I am not so sure about that statement.  Regardless, I love food, and nothing is more satisfying then hear that : hummmm   ....  sound and yes I agree, cooking to me is like therapy.  I love to cook for my family and friends and enstill calmess and happyness thu my food and the presentation.

I wouldn't know what to do without the Food Network. (most likely read it in one of my 50mil cooking books or and or magazines....  The food and food netwrok channesl  have been an graet inspriation and very good help help thoughout the years working and perfecting my meals, appertizers and so on and so on....
