5 star IF YOU OMIT ALL THE SALT! The two mustards and mayo have salt and if you salt your cooking water, you do not need all the extra salt. I made this for BBQ tomorrow but it was so salty, I added more mayo and celery to mask it. I think I will cut back one or both of the mustards next time. Flavors and texture are great, just watch the salt"
