Reviewed Buffalo Wings

"Love em! Steaming keeps them moist. I've made them twice in the last week, and they were great both times. I skipped the part where you cool them in the fridge, instead taking them right from the steamer to the oven. They were great this way, so I'm not sure what the cooling part is for. We also made a batch using a bottled teriyaki sauce and those were great too. :)
