Hesitant about the method for preparing the hollandaise sauce (I typically prepare it in a double boiler) I tried it with extra ingredients in event of a disaster. I didn't have to go back to the other method. This is easier and consistently delicious. I've even added a slice of fried green tomato to the stack...DELICIOUS!"
