"I made these a while ago - had some trouble with melting and them sliding on the tray but I got the job done. I thought this was a simple dessert compared to so many other complicated things I have done so I waited for the response. The LOVED it! Now it is months later, birthdays coming up and I ask, "what do you want" and they all say, "Tartufo"! Great recipe!!
