this was the best chicken recipe that I have EVER HAD! It was amazing, chicken was perfect. As I was waiting for the sauce to reduce, I tasted and was worried that I put too much cayenne in it, but it was indeed perfect. PERFECT! This is a recipe that I will go back to again and again! TY Chef Burell for a fantasticly wonderful recipe.

This recipe is hands down my fav way to prepare venison. The cinnamon smoke flavor is a perfect compliment to otherwise gamey meat. The flavor tames it. THANK you Emeril for a GREAT recipe!

Absolutely fantastic, Alton! The brine was altered as suggested by the reviews to 1/3 c. salt. The chicken was succulant. Flavor of the rub was perfect, not hot and therefore palatable to young children. I really love this recipe. THANK YOU Alton!

I did not care for this recipe. It was too tangy and had quite a shock value. If you choose to make this recipe, my advise would be to modify the sauce w. less mustard. It was overpowering.
