Kale? Really? I always thought it was a garnish and never considered eating it as an entire salad. This amazing, summery salad is a great way to trick someone into eating kale. I actually doubled the recipe because after massaging the kale wilts down. That meant I had plenty of leftovers. It lasted and tasted as fresh and amazing nearly 3 days lat"

Definitely make it on the grill rather than oven. This "grilled" flavor really adds. My family loved it. I made my own bacon bits rather than buying the gummy, pre-made bits. The added crispness was nice. And I kept with the recipe on using Pilsbury. Great tasting dough. "
