"I have become obsessed with trying recipes from the two food channels..my family haven't been as thrilled with some of the food and asked me to just make our tried and true favorites..they loved this recipe..I made it as close to the recipe as I could..I didn't have 2 lbs of shrimp I had a little more than 1 lb..I had more smoked sausage and used it and the dinner was great..rival a restaurant..thank you"
