Didn't have the 3 meat mixture so I substituted 1 lb. beef with 1lb. ground turkey. For the crackers I used Keebler multi grain club. Had hubby try a bite and all I heard was mmmmmm . Retired...love to cook and try new recipes. I make a special dinner once a week with recipes I find in magazines, or watching the food network. I also try to make it figure friendly, but don't tell my family.
Favorite FoodsI love everything. We were taught to eat or try all kinds of food. My mother was a great cook. She made everything from her Italian heritage to my dads Lithuanian heritage.
