Reviewed Crispy Chicken Cutlets with Basil-Parsley Sauce

"This took a wee bit longer than 33 minutes to make - more like an hour - but it was super tasty. I had a hard time getting the sauce to actually process in my food processor because it was too little volume to reach the blades. We made the chicken and the risotto, and both were wonderful. The lemon, parsley and basil combination worked really well""
