This was a very good dinner. Like several other reviewers, I used store bought sausage. I REALLY added a lot of salt to the polenta. I followed Anne's instructions and just kept tasting as it cooked. I made sure it was perfectly creamy and tasting yummy before taking it off the stove. I was so cautious with this step because I had made polenta...
