Reviewed Butter Poached Lobster Shooters

"Great recipe! I modified it by using a deeper pan and less butter. I used two lbs. of *unsalted* butter and clarified it myself. I added salt later. This was wonderful for a business meeting and clinched the deal!"

About Me

I am the daughter of restauranteurs.  My mother owned two restaurants and my step-father was a chef.  My sister runs a restaurant.  I come from a family of cooks!  Although I prefer French cuisines, I love all cuisnes.  I have a French kitchen with a kitchen library of more than 300 cookbooks.  I enjoy translating French cookbooks.  I used to own a pastry and cake decorating business, serving the entertainment industry as well as weddings and special occasions.
