Reviewed Cajun Salmon Sandwich with Goat Cheese and Lemon Mayonnaise on Ciabatta
"This recipe was delicious!!! I have never cooked salmon and only had it once which was a bad experience. I decided to give salmon one more try and came upon this recipe. It was easy simple and very quick which was great because I am a full time student and have a little one and my husband doesn't cook. Time is always precious. USE LESS SALT is my only critique. i used about 1 1/2 teaspoons and my husband said it was a bit too salty but still really good. KEEP IT UP BIG DADDY U ALWAYS IMPRESS US!!
