Honestly, one of the best turkeys I've ever had. The apple cider gravy adds just the right punch to the flavor of the turkey. There is no other way to incorporate flavor then by brining. The turkey was so moist and easy to cut. Everyone raved about the flavor of the meat and the gravy. Perfect Thanksgiving - highly recommended!""
