wow, easy and fantastic, I used Better than Buillon for the first time, worked really well in lieau of having good stock, directions on how to cook this soup were great, I made the onions really long and thin, used a lttle less butter than the recipe calls for, used swiss cheese because it was on hand, the flavor was deep and smooth ... 5 Stars!""
