Delicious!! I changed up a few things based on what I had on hand. I used soy sauce in place of the fish sauce and only used shrimp for the protein. Also, I would recommend following the package instructions for soaking the noodles because it most likely will need more than 10 minutes to soak. I will definitely make this again!""
